Rob, Sam and Miranda echo the Boss Morris approach in their playing – respecting tradition but feeling free to break conventions in pursuit of making music that is great to dance to, that enables the tunes to shine and sounds as if it belongs in the here and now.

These tunes are glorious in themselves but seem to have an extra dimension when they are played for dancing; they come alive in the dynamic interplay between dancers and musicians.

This album was recorded live, lawnmowers and all, and in the spirit of playing for dancing… we hope it makes you want to dance!
